Lemlem Haile is a social worker and activist who is passionate about promoting social justice through community development. Her work focuses on economic equality, anti-racism, anti-Black racism, and fostering reconciliation. Her experience includes working on projects and participatory action research related to domestic violence prevention, well-being, and healthy relationships. She brings her expertise to the current project to inform appropriate approaches of engaging Black communities through community outreach.
As an Eritrean settler on Treaty 7 land, she is committed to learning and applying an anti-colonial lens to this project, her work, and personal life.
