Mikaela Malcolm is a strategic initiatives coordinator of Community Support Programs for the town of Ajax. She is a leader in community development, a project manager and global citizen. She sits on their board with several years of experience in the non-profit sector locally and globally, with a background in campaigning with United Way, assisting the Crisis Support Program at the Canadian Mental Health Association, and serving as a Monitoring &Evaluation officer in Indonesia with Young Challenge International. Mikaela specializes in youth project management, policy development and brings an intersectional mindset to working within and for diverse communities.  As a part of the Community Guidance Group, she will be contributing to different phases of the project.
